The essence of mask. The experience of Italy.

After developing the sensitivity of the holistic body in the first term, the second term is dedicated to the concept of mask-play and creation: not focusing on the object itself, but more on the fundamental creative process that leads to the creation of the mask as a phenomenon in space. For theatre makers it is important to first understand that in theatre we are constantly creating masks: treatments, transposition, scenery, costumes, characters, dramaturgy, objects from daily life - they are ALL a type of mask. Mask work combines a strong emotional awareness with a powerful body alertness to create a complete training for all theatre artists, laying the foundation for work on characters for all theatre genres.
